Job Summary
The Waitress/Hostess will provide exceptional customer service in a hospitality environment ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The role involves greeting guests managing seating arrangements and serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.

Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure tables are clean properly set and maintained throughout the service.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Uphold the companys image through a well-groomed and presentable appearance.
Requirements

Education: Any related qualification.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or restaurant service.

Nationality: Eastern Europe.

Language: Fluent in English.

Personal Attributes: Presentable courteous and customer-oriented.
