Sales Representative

PIB Insurance Brokers (part of PIB Group) is a dynamic insurance broker looking for someone to start their career in financial services and/or sales who brings a high level of energy and confidence to contact clients and arrange for insurance quotations to be discussed with a member of our sales team.

No insurance experience is required; ideally you will have some office or administrative experience but this is not essential.

What youll be doing:

• Contacting warm leads to introduce the business and arrange insurance quotations with a member of the sales team.

• Receive and route inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Follow up enquiries via email and SMS with clear concise messaging.

• Capture essential client information and transfer to Sales Executives.

• Maintain accurate records in Acturis and Excel; uphold CRM/data hygiene.
