Regional General Manager, SME & Small Business, Bayside & Peninsula

As Regional General Manager for Bayside & Peninsula youll lead our SME Banking teams across one of our most dynamic and diverse regions. Youll set clear direction create momentum and build an environment where people feel supported accountable and proud of the impact they make for customers and communities.

Youll balance strong commercial outcomes with disciplined risk and compliance leadership bringing together customer advocacy performance and people leadership in a way that feels natural and purposeful. This role is about being visible and connected building trusted relationships with customers community partners and internal stakeholders while empowering your leaders to grow and succeed.

This is a full-time role based in Naarm Bunurong country in the South-Eastern Kulin nation with flexibility in how and where work gets done.

What do I need

• Experience leading commercial or business banking teams with sound knowledge of credit risk and compliance balance sheet management across a diverse business with the ability to deliver results.
• A customer first mindset with strong relationship building capability Team player mentality with a collaborative spirit
• Commercial judgement and confidence in decision making
• A collaborative leadership style aligned to our values and Code of Conduct.
