In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Tax ComplianceAssociate/Senior Associate to join our Tax Compliance team in Athens.

• Take responsibility for the delivery of tasks as directed by project managersand more experienced members of the team

• Interact effectively with clients to understand their needs and respond to queriesin a timely manner

• Seek opportunities to develop ownexpertiseby taking on greater responsibility and/or more technically demanding tasks

• Participate in accounting and tax advisory projects

• Participate in electronic books (my DATA) and electronic delivery e-delivery projects

• Assistin the preparation of tax returns (CIT VAT other)

• Engage in tax reporting projects (Greek GAAP IFRS)

• Liaise with clients for various accounting & tax issues

What you bring matters

• Bachelors degree in economics or Accounting & Finance from a top-tier university

• Masters degree in taxation or other Professional Qualification (ACCA) will be considered a strong asset

• Relevant professional experience inaccounting / tax compliance / bookkeeping / my DATA experience

• Consulting firm experience in tax compliance accounting and my DATA will be considered an asset

• Advanced computer literacy with proficient use of MS Office applications

• Solid understanding of Greek Tax and/or Accounting Legislation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

• A confident and positive attitude focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels

• Enthusiastic attitude about learning on different industries and markets

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
