Job Summary
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Monitor servers bartender and busperson adherence to all service standards.
- Supervise serviceforguests being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
- Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.
- Maintain bank toPMHSstandards.
- Read daily communication sheets fromthe previousshift and prepare one for the following floor plan forappropriatecoverage.
- Checkrestaurantcleanliness and set service stands and aisle tables for cleanliness and propersetup.
- Abide by all state federal and corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. Oversee staff to ensure proper liquor controls are in place.
- Oversee all staff in cash handling positions toensure compliance with PMHSscash handling policies and procedures. Comply with all PMHSaccounting rules and standards to ensurecompliance.
- Communicate daily withthe restaurantmanager regardingspecial events house counts etc.
- Assist restaurant manager in conducting menu classes and taste panels.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide cleardirectionsto staff.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Abilities Required
- Must have the ability to communicate in -starting personality with an even a professional appearance and manner at all with be willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team to usepoint of to lift/carryweightsup to 50 to push/and pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds.

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance toPMHS. EveryPMHSassociate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures particularly regarding key controls lifting heavy objects using chemicals and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
