We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist for a hybrid role within a dynamic retirement community. This position offers the opportunity to provide care in two distinct settings: the on-campus outpatient gym and the home health environment serving residents in cottages independent living assisted living and memory care. All care is delivered within a small geographic radius minimizing travel time and maximizing the quality of care.

Your Caseload
Youll work with a diverse and engaging caseload supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.

Part-Time Employees are Entitled to:

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
