What youll do

Embedded in our Business Change Team working closely with colleagues in the PMO IT legal practices and support functions youll:

• Lead endtoend delivery of multiple projects owning scope timescales budget quality and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans business cases benefits KPIs risks and dependencies.
• Deliver projects using Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies adapting approach to context and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with Partners legal teams business services IT and thirdparty suppliers.
• Apply effective governance resource planning and financial control managing crossproject dependencies.
• Embed change management adoption training and benefits realisation into project delivery.

What were looking for

• Proven project management experience delivering complex change operational improvement or technology projects in medium to large organisations.
• Background in professional services or regulated environments; law firm experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with confidence engaging at all levels.
• Demonstrable change management capability including impact assessment communications and adoption.
• Sound project management discipline ideally supported by relevant qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile APM PMP or similar).
• Organised adaptable and commercially aware with flexibility to work across offices and embrace hybrid working.
