We help sellers who are distressed and are looking to sell their houses fast for cash. The sellers are looking to sell their house for any of the reasons below:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Agent to join our Real Estate Investment team as a Home Buying Specialist. As a Home Buying Specialist you will be responsible for acquiring residential properties identified as sound investment opportunities from qualified leads. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential.

We are seeking a confident results-driven In-Person Sales Closer to join our growing this role you will meet directly with motivated homeowners on company-provided appointments understand their needs and negotiate win-win purchase agreements.

This is a true closing rolenot cold calling canvassing or territory prospecting. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust handle objections and close deals face-to-face.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $5000/month for first 3 months (initial compensation)

  • On Track Earnings Initial Comp Example:

    • $80000$150000 OTE (base salary performance-based commission)

    • Outstanding ongoing training programs

    • Appointments provided by the company

    • Company vehicle provided gas card

    • Paid time off 10 days

    • In-person stable role with growth opportunity

    • Company-sponsored health insurance planned to launch within 46 months

  • Work Schedule & Flexibility:

    • Full-time 40 hours per week 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Location: In-Office (Midlands Texas)

    • Must be available for sales calls meetings and communications from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with motivated property owners on pre-qualified appointments

  • Understand seller goals and present clear purchase solutions

  • Analyze properties using company-provided tools and pricing guidelines

  • Negotiate terms confidently and professionally

  • Secure signed purchase contracts that meet company criteria

  • Follow up consistently with sellers in your pipeline

  • Maintain accurate notes and deal status in the CRM

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff after contract

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work M-F 40 hours/week (Some nights & weekends)

  • Proven experience closing sales in person (any industry considered)

  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

  • Comfortable discussing pricing timelines and contract terms

  • Professional trustworthy and customer-focused demeanor

  • High level of accountability and coachability

  • Experience in real estate home services or high-ticket sales is a plus (not required)

  • Excellent writing grammar and verbal communication skills over the phone in-person and via email

  • Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types

  • Responsible reliable dependable (show up on time and do what you say youre going to do)

  • Personal and professional development oriented (always learning and growing)

  • Problem-solver (creative troubleshooting)

  • Professional demeanor with passion for what you do

  • Organized detail-oriented follows and maintains process and great at time management (ability to prioritize and make best use of time)
