Manager of Clinical Services

As a Manager of Clinical Services at Spire School youll lead a collaborative team of clinicians to build a safe supportive and integrated therapeutic learning environment where students can this role you will shape clinical strategy strengthen partnerships with families and districts and ensure every student receives coordinated high-quality care aligned with their educational goals.

What Youll Need

• Masters or doctoral degree in Social Work

• Valid LCSW in Connecticut for at least five years

• Active 071 School Social Work certification

• At least five years of clinical leadership experience managing staff and programs

• Deep expertise in child and adolescent mental health within an educational setting

What Youll Do

• Lead and supervise a team of clinicians while providing mentorship and clinical guidance

• Oversee care coordination to ensure alignment with IEP goals and student needs

• Manage admissions including evaluations referrals and placement decisions

• Develop and implement clinical programming crisis response and intervention strategies

• Partner with educators families and community providers to support student success
