As a Manager of Clinical Services at Spire School youll lead a collaborative team of clinicians to build a safe supportive and integrated therapeutic learning environment where students can this role you will shape clinical strategy strengthen partnerships with families and districts and ensure every student receives coordinated high-quality care aligned with their educational goals.
What Youll Need
Masters or doctoral degree in Social Work
Valid LCSW in Connecticut for at least five years
Active 071 School Social Work certification
At least five years of clinical leadership experience managing staff and programs
Deep expertise in child and adolescent mental health within an educational setting
What Youll Do
Lead and supervise a team of clinicians while providing mentorship and clinical guidance
Oversee care coordination to ensure alignment with IEP goals and student needs
Manage admissions including evaluations referrals and placement decisions
Develop and implement clinical programming crisis response and intervention strategies
Partner with educators families and community providers to support student success
