As a Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our :New Business Development:Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and market research to identify potential clients and industry and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue Assessment:Work closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that align with client and Presentation:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and present detailed proposals outlining staffing solutions and Management:Manage and maintain a robust sales update ATS system with client interactions and sales :Proven experience in sales preferably within the staffing or recruitment understanding of workforce solutions and staffing communication and interpersonal -oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales with ATS systems and sales-related and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
