Role Overview

A boutique beauty and lifestyle PR agency is seeking a proactive high-energy Senior Virtual Sales & Marketing Specialist to serve as the engine behind our business development and brand visibility. This agency represents a curated portfolio of national brands and delivers high-impact results through a lean high-performing team.

This is a role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesnt wait for a to-do list. You will own the outbound sales pipeline manage marketing presence and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads. Core Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Outbound Prospecting: Build and maintain contact lists in Apollo CRM; manage automated sequences and track response rates.
  • Market Research: Identify and vet decision-makers within the beauty wellness and lifestyle sectors.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound leads and support the CEO in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM records and activity logs providing weekly pipeline reports.

Campaign Execution & Marketing

  • Email Marketing: Concept draft and deploy email campaigns focusing on high-impact copy and segmentation.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram that aligns with the agency brand voice.
  • Content Creation: Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts on a consistent schedule.
  • Performance Tracking: Deliver weekly reports on opens clicks conversions and follower growth.

Graphic Design & Brand Assets

  • Design: Use Canva to create high-quality pitch decks one-pagers social graphics and proposal templates.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all internal and client-facing materials meet agency aesthetic standards.

Operations & Coordination

  • Project Management: Manage all tasks and deadlines in Asana proactively flagging potential delays.
  • AI Integration: Leverage tools like Claude or Gemini to accelerate content drafting and research workflows.
  • Web Analytics: Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console to produce monthly traffic and SEO reports.

Required Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • 3 years of experience in sales support or marketing within an agency or service-based environment.
  • CRM Mastery: Deep proficiency in Apollo CRM (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
  • Design: Strong Canva skills with a portfolio of professional work samples.
  • Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Asana and AI tools (Claude Gemini etc.) for workflow acceleration.
  • Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics GEO and basic SEO principles.
  • Technical: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated professional home workspace.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional Written English: Ability to write compelling professional copy for external audiences.
  • Proactive Ownership: You notice gaps and build solutions without being asked.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within a PR communications or media agency.
  • Familiarity with the beauty wellness or lifestyle industries.

Starting Month 2 success will be measured by:

  • Outbound Activity: 25 new prospects contacted weekly; 75 active prospects in the pipeline.
  • Lead Generation: 4 qualified discovery calls booked for the CEO per month.
  • Content Volume: 2 SEO/GEO blogs and 34 social posts published per week.
  • Engagement Benchmarks: 25% Email open rates and 5% reply rates on Apollo sequences.
