Service Advisor

Franklin Toyota inStatesboro GA is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service ensuring a positive experience through clear communication and efficient service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
• Work closely with service technicians to communicate customer concerns and receive updates.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure customer information is accurately recorded.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Promote additional services or products that benefit the customers vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to quickly learn vehicle service procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service or service advisor role preferred.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
• Must be available to work some Saturdays
• Must have full-time availability
