REMOTE JUNIOR AI & EVENT INNOVATION SPECIALIST (12-MONTH FTC)

Youre fascinated by how AI and emerging technologies are changing the way businesses operate and are excited about applying those tools in the world of events and experiences. Curious by nature you enjoy understanding how things work spotting where processes could be improved and exploring smarter ways of doing this 12-month rotational role youll work across several teams at egg participating in designing selling and delivering events whilst identifying opportunities where AI can enhance our creative offering and helps us work smarter faster and more efficiently.

What youll be doing

• Rotate across several teams including Experience & Content Strategy & Creative Incentive RFP Creative Technology and Commercial supporting the team hands on with creative solutions

• Observe and analyse the way the team operate and propose AI tools that will help with creativity efficiency and enhance productivity

• Research and experiment with AI tools to support the creation of creative proposals and productions

• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to explore and test practical ideas or small pilots that introduce new tools or ways of working.

• Share insights and present recommendations to teams and leadership on how AI could support our teams clients and the future of how egg delivers events.

Must haves

• A demonstrated use of AI tools in your every day life in a quest for simplification and efficiency

• A strong interest and knowledge in AI tools automation and emerging technologies

• Curiosity about how businesses operate and how processes can be improved

• Interest in the event experiential marketing or creative industries

• A creative spark and an inquisitive mind

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to observe workflows identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements

• Confidence communicating ideas and presenting insights to different teams and colleagues of all seniority levels

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• A proactive curious mindset and a willingness to challenge existing ways of working

• Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted

• Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to haves

• Fluency in French would be a great advantage

• Academic background in technology innovation business data or digital transformation

• Experience conducting research analysing processes or proposing operational improvements

• Internship project work or personal initiatives involving AI tools or digital experimentation

• Comfort working in a fast-moving collaborative environment
