Job Summary

Your responsibilities

  • Perform specific back-office sales activities;

  • Offers support for specific processes like: order processing pricing general costumers discussions;

  • Process customer orders in SAP and deliver information to the departments involved;

  • Introduce and compare price information received from customers with internal data base and create price overviews;

  • Identify price irregularities following defined rules;

  • Perform price differences (credit/debit notes)

  • Check customer portals for updated information;

  • Create invoices in SAP and provide them to customers;

  • Create the connection between customer material and our own materials

  • Continuous updating and communication with the team leader about current customer requests and open topics.

Your profile

  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service;

  • University degree

  • SAP knowledge (modules SD MM and FI);

  • Very good English knowledge (speaking and writing) ;

  • Medium German knowledge represents an advantage;

  • Good Microsoft Office skills;

  • Accurate rigorous and meticulous person with structured work discipline;

  • Reliable and process-oriented way of working;

  • Planning skills ability to efficiently organize activity compliance with deadlines;

  • Communication skills and customer-oriented;

  • Automotive background is an advantage.
