If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Manages strategic parts of category work IT Category Business Plan and Strategy creation on global level

• Actively drives sourcing projects to obtain best cost quality and delivery time for Autoliv assuring competitive terms based on market analysis

• Build the relationship with main stakeholders

• Prepare Requests for Quotes analyze the quotes and negotiate contracts with IT service providers for Autoliv EMEA locations

• Ensure that all operational requirements are properly specified in sourcing documents and comply with Autoliv Standards

• Follow sourcing approval process and assure that all sourcing activities are compliant with Autoliv Indirect Purchasing Policy

• Present sourcing project in concurrence meeting & Sourcing Boards

• Prepare contracts and other sourcing documents for IT Category goods/service providers

• Actively drives sourcing projects to obtain assigned savings targets (market test optimization consolidation ect.)

• Regular Contact with Key suppliers (Supplier Relations) Supplier base optimization Supplier evaluation and risk analysis

• Solving purchasing related problems (trusted advisor)

• Work with Indirect Operational buyers to identify items to set up master catalogs and rollout the global strategy on local level

• Supports rol-out of Coupa Spend Analytics P2P systems

• Support divisional savings initiatives strategic supplier mgmt. negotiations preparation

• Closely collaborate with Operational Buyers on eye-level as well as internal category-specific stakeholders

• Categories spend/saving responsible for annual cost reduction
  Responsible for Contracts Price Lists Fact Profiles Certificates management

• Active role in internal and external Audits (TISAX IATF ISO ect.)

• Active part in Purchase Orders approval process in P2P IT systems

and if you have/are:

Behavioral Competencies

• Experience in international companies in the area of procurement

• Functional expertise in purchasing and supply chain management

• Experience in leading small (procurement) projects

• Proactive mindset and take ownership of tasks and responsibility

• Team player with a constructive and professional attitude

• Experience in making and maintaining business contacts

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Very good analytical thinking and very good expertise in Excel and Powerpoint

• Mandatory language skills (English)

• Very good communication and facilitation skills

• Willingness to travel up to 30%

• Good general understanding of IT (SW/HW) Telephony and Consultancy Framework

• General understanding of IT developments infrastructure and components (Hardware to software and Virtualized HW

• General understanding of the move from solution hosting from On Premise to externalized hosting services and then Cloud service - SaaS (Software as a service)

• General understanding of Licensing models

• General understanding of Finance & Accounting principle

• General understanding of Automotive industry as a plus
