Job Description

As part of our growing IT organization (150 people) we are seeking a Senior Business/Functional Analyst to support the automation of social security processes for self-employed individuals. Working in a bilingual environment and Agile/Scrum methodology you will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

Your key missions will include:

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.

• Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.

• Supporting End-to-End testing and validating technical solutions.

• Contributing to process optimization and automation initiatives.

• Participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Your Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent.

• 5 years experience as a business/functional analyst.

• 3 years experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Autonomous proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills

• Confirmed: BPMN UML SQL Sparx Enterprise Architect XML web services End-to-End testing support.

• Junior: API analysis (REST/SOAP) database modeling (relational & logical).
