We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to relocate to Auckland and join one of the citys most respected premium health clubs. And well help you get there.

Youll join a high-performing long-established club with a circa 4500-strong membership base an affluent catchment and a strong community reputation. Significant new investment is underway in Pilates wellness and spa facilities making this a genuinely exciting moment to arrive.

This is a business that promotes from within and rewards performance. Many people whove taken opportunities like this have fast-tracked into General Manager roles within a few years.

The Role

• Leading and developing two Membership Consultants

• Driving community and corporate partnerships

• Converting inbound enquiries alongside a central support team

• Coaching and improving team performance

• Owning monthly sales targets and retention

• Delivering an exceptional new member experience
