Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing Sales Technical teams and occasionally Customer Success.
Analyze and report on key performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Understand and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Contribute to business strategy initiatives with actionable insights.
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience preferably within software companies.
Fluent English (C1 or native level) both written and spoken.
Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Strong understanding of business strategy and go-to-market frameworks.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong business-facing mindset.
Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation.
