Your role

As a Sales Executive you are the growth engine for businesses in the Nordic region! Youll dive into the world of high-impact digital advertising helping emerging and established companies flourish. If you are resilient love building fast-paced relationships and have a win-them-over mindset youre the perfect fit to drive innovation in the digital landscape.

Your Responsibilities

• Connect with regional clients to understand their dreams and provide tailored ad solutions

• Manage a high volume of accounts with a focus on exceptional service and sales support

• Drive revenue growth by using your expert persuasion and sales techniques

• Hit those targets and KPIs with a smile consistently exceeding objectives

• Adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and customer needs

• Foster long-term loyalty by becoming a trusted partner to your clients

Your Profile

• Native-level Norwegian (C2) and excellent English (C1)

• At least 20 months of proven sales experienceyou know how to close a deal!

• A deep understanding of the Nordic market and cultural nuances

• Strategic thinker with a knack for analyzing data and solving complex problems

• Awareness of local regulations (like GDPR) and a respect for data privacy

• A BA/BS degree or a career path that shows youre an expert in your field
