Job Summary
ISS International SpA is looking for Process Engineer in Qatar
Process Engineer
Basic Functions:
Carry out process engineering work on the assigned project under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer on the assigned project.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
10 - 15 years experience in oil and gas
preferably with offshore wellhead /process platform experience
Knowledge of process engineering design. Understanding process documents as applicable including process descriptions process data sheets PFD P&ID.
Process Simulation using Hysys/Unisim and flare load calculation using Aspen Flarenet
Become fully familiar with scope of work. Monitor changes to scope and raises change notifications.
Liaise with PMT and other Discipline Engineers on the project as directed by the Lead Engineer.
Responsible for preparation / checking of the following key deliverables applicable as per the Project scope:
Process simulations / heat and material balance.
Process design basis
Piping and instrument diagrams.
Safe charts.
Process safeguarding diagram.
Operating philosophy and operating manual.
Equipment and instrument process datasheets.
Equipment list.
Line list.
Flare radiation and dispersion calculations.
Depressurization and flare network study.
Equipment and line sizing calculations.
Fluid lists.
Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents in close co-ordination with the Lead Process Engineer.
Assist the Lead Process Engineer in IDC.
Liaise with drafting for drawing development.
