With continued investment in IoT and AI initiatives they are entering an exciting new phase of growth and they are looking for ambitious individuals to join their Sales Development team.
About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) youll be the first point of contact for potential customers.
Your role will focus on starting conversations understanding customer needs and booking product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in SaaS sales gain commercial experience and develop skills in communication negotiation and business development.
Youll receive training coaching and support from experienced sales leaders to help you succeed.
What Youll Be Doing as a Sales Development Representative:
Reaching out to potential customers through phone email LinkedIn and other channels
Researching companies and identifying potential new business opportunities
Speaking with prospects to understand their business challenges and needs
Booking product demos for our Account Executives
Keeping the CRM system (HubSpot and Salesloft) updated with activity and notes
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and campaigns
Occasionally supporting industry events or networking opportunities

A degree (or equivalent experience) in any subject
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with new people
A positive proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Some experience in sales customer service retail hospitality or business development
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
Interest in technology SaaS or the field service industry
