35k plus uncapped commission (OTE 54k) and car allowance

Our client offers a huge range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and work on a multitude of projects with some incredible brands. They have already established a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry and now continuing with their impressive growth are looking for a Sales Specialist to join this talented team. On offer for the successful candidate is an industry leading commission structure and huge scope for progression!

In this exciting role you will be:

• Identifying potential sales opportunities in your region

• Reaching out and establishing connections within potential opportunities

• Becoming an industry expert in fitness equipment

• Building strong relationships/ networking within the industry

• Working towards an annual sales target

• Representing the brand at all times and providing an exceptional level of customer service

About you:

• A solid background in sales management/ business development

• Experience in field sales is a must

• An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills

• Strong relationship building skills

• Tenacious and driven

• Very self-motivated

• A fitness industry background is preferable but not essential a passion for fitness is a must!

• You will need to be flexible with travel in order to meet with clients preferably with access to your own transport
