Telesales Operative Aylesford Parts Plus

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Telesales Operative for our Parts Plus Centre in Aylesford the working location is currently at our Ford dealership in Sittingbourne in the short future this will be moved to Aylesford. to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers whilst achieving allocated sales targets. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis Monday Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday AMs with a basic salary of 32000 and an OTE of 35000 reporting to the Centre Manager.

Do I need experience

To be considered for the position you will need to have previous automotive experience as well as experience using a parts catalogue. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:

ü Previous selling and influencing skills

ü An ability to follow procedures policies and instructions.

ü A passion for providing first class customer service

ü Fantastic communication skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Telesales Operative you will be responsible for and not limited to:

Processing the required number of incoming and outgoing calls per day to achieve set KPIs

Accurately identifying parts to meet the customer sales requirements

Ensuring the proper and accurate usage of all systems to search and order parts

Providing the highest level of customer service at all times

Ensuring all Parts Plus policies and procedures are followed
