The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded AI Social Video Content Creator to lead the production of high-impact short-form content at scale.

This is a social-first role focused on platforms such as Instagram TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Youll take ideas podcasts and teachings and turn them into scroll-stopping conversion-driven videos using AI-enhanced workflows.

Youll sit at the intersection of AI storytelling and performance marketing continuously testing optimising and refining content to maximise reach engagement and monetisation.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Content Production
Produce high-volume short-form video content using AI tools

Repurpose long-form content (podcasts teachings legacy assets) into platform-native clips

Develop and improve AI-driven workflows to increase output and efficiency

Stay up to date with emerging AI video tools and integrate them into production

Platform-Native Strategy
Create content tailored for Instagram TikTok and YouTube Shorts

Develop strong hooks within the first three seconds

Test multiple creative angles formats and captions

Align content with campaigns launches and paid media

Performance & Optimisation
Analyse retention engagement and watch-time data

Optimise content weekly based on performance insights

Drive follower growth reach and audience engagement

Support lead generation through conversion-focused content

Commercial Contribution
Create video assets for paid advertising

Support product launches with high-performing content

Contribute to scalable content systems that drive revenue

Skills & Experience

Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content

Hands-on experience using AI tools within video production workflows

Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and retention psychology

Strong scriptwriting ability for short-form content

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Creative Cloud tools

Experience using social analytics tools to inform decisions

Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable performance

Preferred Experience

Experience with tools such as Runway Pika Descript ElevenLabs or similar

Experience creating content for paid media campaigns

Background in performance marketing or growth-focused content roles
