The Role:
As Finance Assistant you will support the finance department in managing the schools financial processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records processing transactions and assisting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices payments and financial transactions
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support budget monitoring and reporting processes
Assist with payroll and reconciliation tasks
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
Strong numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
