Science Department:
The Science department is well-established and highly successful offering a broad curriculum across Biology Chemistry and Physics. Practical work is a key focus and technicians play a crucial role in supporting lesson delivery.

The Role:
As a Science Technician you will support the Science department by preparing equipment maintaining laboratories and ensuring practical lessons run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up equipment for practical lessons
Maintain laboratory resources and stock levels
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld
Support teachers during practical sessions where required
Clean and store equipment appropriately
Assist with ordering and managing resources

Requirements:
Experience in a laboratory or school setting (desirable)
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff
Interest in science and supporting student learning
