About the Role:

As an RBT at Integrity Learning Center youll be a hands-on superhero in a childs journey to success! Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy youll help children learn important life skillslike communicating playing and handling big emotionsthrough fun and engaging activities. Think of it as structured play with a purpose! Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) youll work one-on-one with children aged 2-7 helping them gain confidence independence and essential skills that will serve them for life. Every high-five every new word and every small victory is a step toward creating lasting change!

Our Center-Based Facility:

Integrity Learning Center provides ABA therapy in a structured play-based and supportive center environment designed to foster learning and growth. Our facility offers engaging play areas and a collaborative atmosphere where our team can work together to provide the best possible care. Working in a center-based setting allows for consistent supervision peer interaction and access to the tools and resources needed to create meaningful progress for our clients.

What You Need to Succeed:

Enrolled in a Bachelors program in Psychology Education or a related field (preferred)
Passion for working with children and a commitment to high-quality care
Ability to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire (we provide support!)
Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule
