Job Summary
Develops and implements strategies to support the departments goals and objectives. Communicates effectively and able to lead individuals and/or large teams in the accomplishment of set goals. Provides direction and collaborates with but not limited to colleagues in Finance Revenue Cycle Supply Chain Management Quality Safety Information Technology to meet departmental needs. Supports the clinical practice in assessing needs while developing appropriate dashboards data reports and other metric measurement documentation to meet these needs. Provides organizational support and coordination of projects that support overall strategies of the department/division. Assess effectiveness through external benchmarking. Provides leadership and takes initiative in strategic planning efforts. Serves as a department representative on various department and institutional committees. Independent judgments as well as team decision-making are essential in making this position successful.
This is a hybrid role that combines remote and onsite work. It requires working onsite three days per week with additional in-person attendance as needed for meetings and departmental needs. The individual must live within driving distance of the Mayo Clinic Rochester campus.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration management finance or related field.
Three years relevant clinical experience.
Masters degree preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
Demonstrated knowledge of various computer applications including Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
Previous experience and/or exposure to the departments processes and practice systems and reporting is preferred.
