Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead accreditation and program development initiatives for a comprehensive breast care program. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of accreditation readiness ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous quality improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination experience healthcare program knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Accreditation
Lead the development implementation and evaluation of accreditation programs
Ensure compliance with national accreditation standards and requirements
Develop and maintain policies procedures and supporting documentation
Prepare for accreditation surveys and manage corrective action plans
Coordinate and support accreditation site visits
Quality Improvement & Data Management
Support value-based care and process improvement initiatives
Collect analyze and interpret quality metrics and performance data
Prepare and present reports to leadership and committees
Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance outcomes
Committee & Meeting Coordination
Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and program committees
Prepare agendas distribute materials and document minutes
Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
Manage scheduling and meeting logistics
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with clinical leadership and stakeholders to ensure compliance
Facilitate coordination across multidisciplinary teams
Maintain strong relationships across departments and external partners
Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
Project & Administrative Support
Support program management and strategic initiatives
Ensure accuracy accountability and documentation standards
Assist with program expansion and planning efforts
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree (required)
Masters degree (preferred)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare program coordination accreditation or oncology-related roles
Experience with accreditation standards (oncology or similar programs preferred)
Background in project or program management
Experience in administrative or coordination roles
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation and quality standards
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large healthcare systems or community-based programs
Prior team or staff coordination experience
Knowledge of value-based care and quality improvement frameworks
Familiarity with oncology or breast care program structures
