What Youll Bring
Licensed Physician Registered Nurse Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Therapist
Home health and clinical experience
Experience with home health clinical documentation including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase etc.)
Interest in developing leadership and management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Reliable transportation and local travel
Ability to frequently lift push pull and support up to 50 pounds including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
What Youll Do
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
Manage staffing productivity and branch performance
Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations
Monitor documentation billing and reimbursement processes
Partner with leadership on growth and performance initiatives
