• Job Overview

Enforces organizational policies andestablishesgoals for project teams which develop business applications and information services products.

Responsibilities

Manages and controls scope schedule and budget formultiple cross functionalprojects.

Works with management across the organization to define plan develop and implementnew informationproducts and services.

Leads cross-functional teams in the execution of full product development life cycle plans executescontrolsand closes software and product development activity.

Under general direction responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.

Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including clients computer services and client services.

Plans and manages resource allocations and task assignments within a matrix managed environment.

Communicates project status and risks with associated recommendations to all stakeholders.

Ensures adherence to quality standards andreviewsproject deliverables.

Providesbusiness guidance toprojectteam.

LeveragesapprovedAIassistedtools to support project planning forecasting risk identification risk trend analysis and scenario modeling RAIDmanagementand reporting for different audiences.

AppliesAIsupportedanalysis to project financials capacity planning and dependency modeling to improve delivery predictability anddecisionmaking.

Minimum required education and experience

Bachelors Degree

Required knowledgeskillsand abilities

Five (5) years of experience in software and/or product development

Project management education and experience.

• Past delivery experience inCOTS products / configuration projects; andGated hybrid and agile development environments
• Organizations with regulatory compliance requirements
• Having a working knowledge of SDLC regulated environments business acumen financialmanagement.
• Healthcare /life sciences environment domain knowledge is a plus
• High level experience with delivery tools such as: Requirements DevOps Testing Defect Management tools (HP ALM JIRA ADO etc.)
• Financial Management Systems ( Peoplesoft homegrown etc.) is a plus
• Project Management Organization (PMO) Center of Excellence (COE)
• Lean Six Sigma and waste elimination methodologies
• Project Financials
• Project management processes (RAID Portfolio ManagementIntake QCDAnalysisetc. )
• IT Maturity Process Improvement mindset
• KPI and Metrics Managed organizations
• Project Delivery Culture with quality timeliness within budget and optimization of resourceutilization
