What Youll Be Doing

Planning organising and delivering a varied programme of activities
Encouraging resident participation and adapting activities to individual needs
Supporting residents to maintain hobbies interests and social connections
Creating a positive inclusive atmosphere within the home
Working closely with colleagues families and volunteers
Helping to organise special events celebrations and themed days
Recording participation and gathering feedback to continually improve the activity programme
