Anytech365 is seeking a HR professional with solid experience in Moroccan labor legislation and HR management in international environments preferably in IT and Call Center sectors. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented proactive and capable of supporting talent management legal compliance and organizational development processes assisting the HR team to ensure efficiency and achievement of objectives.
This role requires a collaborative attitude and the ability to work as part of a team following established guidelines and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the Human Resources area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain legal and employment documentation in accordance with team directives ensuring compliance with Moroccan legislation
- Support in hiring onboarding and termination processes under supervision
- Assist in preparing and managing HR-related documents such as payroll and benefits
- Collaborate in organizing and filing HR documentation
- Participate in coordination activities with different departments according to instructions from the team
- Support administrative tasks related to HR including drafting letters and managing files
- Assist in monitoring internal processes and preparing basic reports
Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources emphasizing Moroccan labor legislation and management in international environments
- Previous experience in IT Call Center or technology services sectors
- Knowledge of labor legislation contracts labor relations and regulations in Morocco
- Results-oriented capable of following instructions and working collaboratively in a team
- Proactive with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) essential
