What you could do with us
As Regional Marketing Manager Belgium you will be responsible for turning commercial objectives into high-performing marketing initiatives in the Belgian market. This is a multidisciplinary execution-focused role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead Europe you will own end-to-end execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies demand generation and marketing relationships with vendors and partners. You will bring the strategic understanding needed to build plans aligned with business goals while keeping your primary focus on flawless delivery of campaigns and events that drive growth in Belgium.
Your key responsibilities:
- Local GTM execution: translate business and commercial objectives into comprehensive actionable marketing plans for Belgium aligned with the European strategy and adapted to local cultural and commercial realities.
- Vendor & MDF management: build and execute vendor marketing plans manage Joint Marketing Funds (MDF) and Coop and ensure proof-of-performance requirements are met.
- Demand generation & lead management: oversee local demand generation to fuel the sales pipeline ensuring campaign performance relevant segmentation and measurable engagement.
- Partner ecosystem support: localise partner marketing campaigns for the Belgian VAR and MSP community and support co-marketing initiatives that amplify our market presence.
- Event execution: lead end-to-end delivery of local events (logistics vendor coordination on-site management) and ensure every event reflects Be-Clouds high standards.
- Internal collaboration: act as Belgiums primary interface with centralised Marketing Services (Data Creative Corporate Operations) to secure the right assets data segments and PR support.
- Segment alignment: partner with Segment Directors to build and execute marketing plans that support specific business unit goals ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.

Were looking for an execution-oriented professional who can move from strategy to delivery in a growth environment with strong autonomy and a genuine collaborative mindset.
Qualifications & experience:
- Experience: proven marketing experience in the IT sector (ideally with a Distributor VAR MSP or Vendor).
- Languages: professional fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a strong advantage.
- Execution mindset: a track record of moving from strategy to execution with high autonomy (small-team environment varied workload).
- Channel & tools: solid understanding of channel dynamics (MDF partner-led demand generation); comfortable with Canva marketing automation tools and CMS platforms to localise content and manage campaigns; aptitude for using AI tools to streamline local marketing operations.
What will make you stand out:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working with remote Center of Excellence teams (Data Creative Ops) while maintaining high standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach: campaigns and events delivered on time to a high standard with clear performance tracking.
