Tasks

What Youll Do:

• Work one-on-one and in small groups with kids and teens who need extra support learning and growing
• Help children build important life skills like communication social interaction and independence
• Support positive behaviors and gently guide kids through challenges
• Follow simple plans created by a supervisor (youll be trained!)
• Track progress so we can celebrate growth and adjust support when needed
• Work closely with families and a supportive team
• Attend trainings so you feel confident and prepared in your role

• Spend your day helping kids learn play and grow
• Teach communication social skills and daily living skills
• Encourage positive behavior in a supportive structured way

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Genuine interest in working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and therapies.
