At Factorial were looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Portuguese Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role

Were looking for a resilient and driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Barcelona and help us grow our presence in the Portuguese market.

As an SDR youll be at the front line of our sales efforts identifying engaging and qualifying potential customers. Some of your leads will come from marketing channels (qualify form submissions content leads webinar signups) and others youll need to prospect from scratch. Either way youll be in charge of creating real opportunities and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

Youll work closely with the Sales Operations and Marketing teams to turn curiosity into real conversations whether youre reviving passive interest or opening doors where there were none before.

What youll do

  • Own the early stages of the sales cycle: prospect research and qualify leads.
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls emails LinkedIn campaigns and other outreach channels (expect 6080 touchpoints per day).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads coming from marketing or other internal teams.
  • Book high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Provide feedback to AEs and Marketing about lead quality persona trends and blockers.
  • Maintain your pipeline organized and up-to-date in HubSpot.
  • Test new messaging share learnings and iterate based on what works.

Your Profile

  • Native-level Portuguese & professional English.
  • 12 years of experience in Sales SDR BDR or similar roles ideally in SaaS or digital environments.
  • Youre not afraid to pick up the phone and you know how to structure a smart conversation.
  • Highly resilient proactive and comfortable hearing no (a lot!).
  • Well-organized and able to manage your own pipeline and priorities.
  • A strong communicator clear persuasive and confident.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (like HubSpot) and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You have experience working with or selling to the Portuguese market.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in outbound prospecting and/or qualifying inbound/postbound leads.
  • Experience building and iterating outbound campaigns.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment.
