At Factorial were looking for a new Partner Business Developer Team Lead for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role

  • Lead coach and develop a team of Partner Business Developers fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
  • Onboard and ramp up new team members ensuring alignment with processes tools and best practices.
  • Strategize and qualify the best leads alongside Partner Account Executives.
  • Create and implement strategies and initiatives to maximize lead generation from key partners.
  • Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-calling networking email e-marketing campaigns and social outreach.
  • Analyze prospect business needs understand processes determine requirements and identify potential solutions.
  • Collaborate and strategize with PAEs Marketing CX Team and Sales Managers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of outbound processes and playbooks sharing learnings across the team.

Your Profile

  • You are a native Italian speaker & at least B2 English.
  • Proven experience in a Sales role ideally in a SaaS or digital environment.
  • Previous experience leading mentoring or coordinating a sales or BDR team.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
  • Tech savvy with a natural passion for digital innovation.
  • Detail-oriented accountable creative thinker team player open-minded self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
  • Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution - we have a culture of change!
