Requirements

The requirement for the role are the following:

• Native or fluent Latvian language skills
• For team collaboration English proficiency is necessary
• Experience in structured interviews (B2B and B2C preferred)
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Strong accuracy in data collection and detail oriented
• Able to meet deadlines and accurately follow instructions
• PC (Windows 10/11) headset and stable internet connection
• For seamless project coordination an active Gmail account and Whatsapp

Bonus but not mandatory: Previous experience in market research surveys telephone interviews or cold calling and familiarity with online interview platforms.
