About the position
As a CRM (Client Relationship Management) Campaigns Intern you will support the end-to-end implementation of user activation campaigns and contribute to making the daily financial life of over 250000 neon clients simpler and more engaging.
You will join the CRM team a group of 4 people that is part of neons Marketing team and work directly with the Head of CRM. The team focuses on activating the neon user base: helping users understand and get the most out of the neon app its features and plans.
You will develop solid knowledge of customer activation workflows our business our clients and the Swiss Fintech and banking market.
Tasks
What you will concretely learn
CRM Campaign Implementation
- Support the implementation of user activation campaigns: understand user journeys and data insights help prepare campaign assets segments and workflows coordinate translations and proofreading support implementation in CRM tools (including AI agent management) and hit the send button
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration: keep Product Data Customer Care and Ops teams informed of upcoming campaigns and gather their feedback
- Ensure the right level of content personalisation (Liquid code) to make communications simple accurate regulation-compliant and on-brand
- Contribute to content scalability across formats (from blog posts to app banners also exploring new formats) and channels (in-app email push etc.)
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and prepare simple reports on engagement and conversion metrics as well as key learnings to share with internal and external stakeholders
Experimentation & Optimisation
- Support the setup and monitoring of A/B tests from subject line variants to broader test campaigns and control groups
- Help maintain CRM documentation templates and operational processes (vocabulary CRM platform training AI prompts etc.)
- Help identify optimisation opportunities across campaigns based on data analysis user feedback AI outputs or automation possibilities
Requirements
What you bring
- You are advanced in your degree in a relevant field (you decide if it was relevant and can explain to us how)
- You have a first experience in B2C CRM or client activation for example through a previous internship or a role in CRM or in Marketing for a finance app
- You have a genuine willingness to learn a lot and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment
- You are a hands-on person who does not shy away from the uncertainty and lower degree of formalization that are inherent in a start-up yet your own work is always well-structured
- You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and are used to adapting your language to diverse audiences
- You have a passion for explaining financial topics in simple terms and for building simple yet efficient workflows you value the beauty of simple solutions and impeccable communication
- You are fluent in English; German /French /Italian are considered a plus
Practicals
- Start date & duration: As soon as possible for a period of 6 months
- Location: Zurich Switzerland
- Salary: 2000 CHF per month
- Remote work: on Mondays and Fridays
