Location: 2-3 days on-site in North Amsterdam the rest of the week working remotely (home office)

Theyre seeking a Contracts Manager (FIDIC) to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of data centre construction and infrastructure programmes.

Tasks

• Administer FIDIC contracts in strict accordance with the relevant conditions set out in the applicable book and the projects particular conditions
• Support the development of a contracting strategy a pricing model and a risk allocation framework. These should all be aligned with the projects and the clients objectives
• Draft and manage RFPs ITTs and contract documentation; oversee bid evaluations and lead contract award negotiations with contractors consultants and key suppliers
• Evaluate negotiate and settle contractor claims including EOT requests delay damages loss and expense claims and final accounts

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• Experience managing and administering FIDIC contracts including hands on administration of Red Yellow and/or Silver Book across the full project life cycle
• Nice to have: Experience on hyperscale or colocation data centre programmes with EPC EPCM or Design & Build contracting strategies
