Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Paid Media Specialist / Senior Paid Media Executive for a key digital marketing agency client to take full ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and ideally LinkedIn Ads. This is a hands-on performance-focused role where youll manage accounts independently from strategy through to optimisation and growth.
While the role involves direct client interaction it is not admin-heavy or account management-led. Dedicated account managers handle coordination and day-to-day client management allowing you to focus on delivering strong paid media performance shaping strategy and clearly communicating insights and recommendations.

Tasks
- Take ownership of paid media accounts across their full lifecycle
- Onboard new clients from a paid media perspective
- Audit existing accounts and identify performance opportunities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned to client goals
- Build launch and manage campaigns across relevant platforms
- Monitor analyse and optimise performance on an ongoing basis
- Translate performance data into clear actionable insights
- Identify and drive growth opportunities across client accounts
- Present strategies updates and recommendations confidently to clients
- Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure strong delivery
Requirements
- 34 years of agency experience in paid media (beyond junior level) or 5 years in a comparable in-house role
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven ability to manage paid media accounts independently
- Experience developing strategy launching campaigns and optimising performance
- Confident communication and presentation skills with clients
E-commerce experience (strongly preferred):
- Google Merchant Center
- Product feed creation management and optimisation
- Feed optimisation tools (e.g. Shoptimised or similar)
- Large product inventories (10000 SKUs)
- Magento or similar platforms
- Experience across both e-commerce and lead generation is a plus
Platform Experience:
- Essential: Google Ads Meta Ads
- Advantage: LinkedIn Ads
- Bonus: TikTok Ads Reddit Ads Snapchat Ads Amazon Ads Klaviyo or email marketing
