Were part of Fanwave Digital a global iGaming publisher with a portfolio of sports betting communities and products reaching over 2.5 million users a month across the UK Brazil and the USA. Were a small fast team. No layers. No committees. Youll work alongside the founders engineers and designers. Small team. High standards.

Tasks

The Role

• Take what weve built further. Weve shipped a lot fast. 800000 monthly active users on Andys Bet Club free-to-play games match centres and 320% year-on-year growth. Now we need someone to take them forward.
• Lead initiatives from idea to outcome. New products and initiatives are coming. Youll own everything from objectives to onboarding flows to go-live QA. The scope will change. The expectation wont: figure out what moves the needle and make it happen.
• Know the business formula. Understand how our products make money where the levers are and which ones to pull next.
• Use data to make decisions not to write reports. Weve invested in Mixpanel but were barely scratching its potential. Youll use our data to surface insights identify whats working whats not run tests and ship fast kill fast. Prototype ideas with AI tools. Test them with real users. Ship what works. Kill what doesnt. We dont have time for six-month roadmaps that deliver nothing.

The Person

• Obsessed with football. You follow it. You bet on it. You use the apps and have opinions about whats broken in the market. You want to build things people like you use.
• Commercially sharp. You think in revenue conversion and retention. You dig into data instinctively pull out what matters and use it to decide what to build next. You know what it takes to move the numbers.
• AI-native. You use AI tools daily. You can prototype an idea before lunch and have data on it by the end of day.
• Builder. Youve built things from nothing in startups or small teams where you had to work it out yourself. That experience matters more to us than any brand on your -starting. You dont wait to be told what to work on. You find the highest-value problem and get after it. If in six months nothings improved youve failed. That accountability suits you.
