Customer Service Agent with French and English Language Skills

Your Role
As a Customer Service Agent you will be the primary point of contact for our English- and Frenchspeaking independent sales consultants (Demonstrators). You will support them in developing their businesses by delivering excellent service and practical guidance.
Tasks
- Deliver highquality customer service via inbound calls emails and chat to English and French Demonstrators
- Identify coaching opportunities during calls and share information that helps improve business success
- Handle calls efficiently while maintaining high productivity and service standards
- Track and document Demonstrator inquiries and issues using Score Incidents
- Participate actively in team meetings training sessions and continuous learning initiatives
- Stay up to date on company policies procedures and programs by regularly reviewing internal resources emails and website updates
- Support additional projects as needed including welcome calls and outbound retention activities
Requirements
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French (mandatory)
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills
- High attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping accounting or finance is an advantage
- Previous experience in an administrative office role is beneficial
- Call center experience is a plus but not essential
- Additional language skills in German and/or Dutch are an advantage
- Openminded reliable conscientious and a true team player

This position is initially offered on a fixedterm contract of one year with the possibility of extension for a further year.
