Service Manager Academy CDJR (Tipton IN)

Chariot Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead the service department at our Academy CDJR location in Tipton Indiana. If you have a strong background with Stellantis brands (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) and a passion for building high-performing teams we want to talk to you.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the service department operations
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service experience
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (RO count labor sales ELR CSI etc.)
• Hire train and develop service advisors and technicians
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty processes
• Work closely with parts and sales departments to maximize dealership performance
• Maintain a positive accountable and team-focused culture

What Were Looking For:

• Required: Prior Service Manager experience with CDJR brands
• Strong knowledge of dealership service operations warranty and fixed ops performance
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of improving productivity and profitability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (Tekion experience is a plus)
