TS MLL Site Service Owner
Location : Raynham MA
Contract-6 Months
Work Mode : 5 days work from the site.
We are looking for a Region NA IT TS MLL Service Owner based in Raynham MA to lead day-to-day IT delivery and operations across North American sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of technical IT staff within a supplier engagement model
- Oversee service delivery including incident problem and change management in compliance with operational SLAs
- Plan track and communicate project status to stakeholders using JIRA and ServiceNow
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and state of health monitoring for core infrastructure networks servers applications
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers within defined contractual frameworks
- Engage in Command Center calls for Priority 12 incidents impacting NA sites
Required Skills Qualifications
- Strong people management and team leadership skills for technical staff
- Hands-on experience with cloud services identity access management and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Proficiency with Jira ServiceNow and collaboration monitoring platforms
- Experience working within supplier models and client engagement practices
- Certifications preferred PMP ITIL Foundation AWS Azure Cloud Associate
