Job Description: Enrollment Services is responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process.
They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active. Will be trained on the specific enrollment process but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus.
Must have: Previous Customer service Experience
- Will be Working over and on the Phone-
- Someone who can learn quickly and retain information.
- Good phone etiquette and ability to multi task.
- High Attention to Detail and good attendance is required
