Job Title: AI Engineer Agentic SDLC Automation
Location: Atlanta GA / Onsite (Preferred Locals from GA)

Role Overview
Seeking an AI Engineer to build agentic AI solutions that automate and improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role focuses on AI agents for development testing release management and engineering productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Design multi-agent AI systems using LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or similar frameworks
Build AI agents for:
- Requirement analysis / user story creation
- Code generation review refactoring
- Test automation and coverage improvement
- Incident triage and root cause analysis
- Implement AI-driven backlog grooming CI/CD automation and release risk insights
- Integrate solutions with GitHub Bitbucket Jenkins GitHub Actions Jira ServiceNow
- Build RAG pipelines using code docs tickets and enterprise knowledge sources
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone / FAISS
- Implement AI guardrails monitoring observability and human approvals
Required Skills
- Strong programming in Python Java or Go
- Experience with microservices APIs and distributed systems
- Strong DevOps / CI-CD background
- Hands-on experience with LLM apps prompt engineering and evaluation
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / agentic AI frameworks
- Knowledge of RAG embeddings semantic search
- Understanding of testing automation release management SDLC workflows
- Cloud experience in AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker / Kubernetes experience
Experience
- 5 10 years in Software Engineering / DevOps
- 2 years in AI/ML / LLM-based solutions
Preferred
- Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
- Prometheus Grafana Datadog
- Enterprise transformation experience
