AUTOMOTIVE BILLING CLERK CDK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Location: Bradley Illinois

Patriot Hyundai of Bradley part of the growing Patriot Auto Group is actively seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. This is a high-impact position within a fast-paced dealership environment where accuracy speed and dealership experience are critical.

We are not looking for entry-level candidates. We are looking for a professional who understands dealership accounting deal processing and compliance from day one.

COMPENSATION
$22.00 $26.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Top candidates with strong dealership background and CDK experience will be considered at the high end of the pay scale.
This is intentionally positioned above market to attract top-tier talent.

WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Process and post all new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
Verify deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
Submit deals to banks and ensure funding is completed properly
Process title work registrations and related documentation
Reconcile schedules and maintain clean accounting records
Work directly with sales and F&I managers to resolve discrepancies
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies and state regulations

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year automotive dealership billing experience (REQUIRED)
CDK experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of deal structure funding and compliance
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume dealership environment
