Qualifications and Role Overview
- The Network Delivery Manager is a seasoned professional with 15 years of hands-on experience in the network domain demonstrating a proven track record of operational management and strategic leadership.
- This role requires direct oversight of large-scale enterprise networks comprising 1500 or more devices spanning Data Center Campus Wired/Wireless and WAN environments.
- The candidate must have led teams of over 70 engineers driving performance mentoring talent and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
- Expert-level proficiency is expected in platforms such as Cisco Nexus Catalyst Switches ISR/ASR Routers Check Point and ASA firewalls F5 Load Balancers MPLS VPNs Solarwinds Silverpeak SD WAN and Infoblox.
- The Network Delivery Manager will leverage this expertise to ensure the highest standards of network reliability security and availability.
- Demonstrated operational exposure to managing large complex networks is essential along with a commitment to driving improvements and achieving operational excellence.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively recognizing support gaps anticipating blockers to service improvements and organizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- The candidate must possess a strong understanding of the ITIL framework with hands-on experience in major incident handling escalation management and client management. Comfort in interacting with senior leadership including Director and CTO-level stakeholders is vital as is flexibility to support 24/7 operational demands.
