Job Summary
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Core Platform CMDB and platform security configurations.
- Experience with inbound and outbound system integrations and middleware solutions.
- Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture and complex client/server environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow release management processes and update set promotion.
- Experience in database management network architecture and application development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive Enterprise Architecture solutions based on business strategies.
- Architect complex ServiceNow platform integrations and core application components.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio.
- Direct technical governance activities to ensure compliance with architectural policies.
- Analyze technology industry trends to recommend critical system improvements and solutions.
- Facilitate the selection of software product standards and standardized configurations.
- Coordinate solution architecture modifications for major infrastructure and development projects.
